The Lawsuit between Thought Convergence, Inc. (CEO Ammar Kubba) and Name Intelligence, Inc. (CEO Jay Westerdal) has was settled on March 10th 2010. Neither side admitted liability and TCI agreed to reinstate and pay the full purchase price that was agreed upon on May 2nd 2008.
